5 ways to losse belly fat

Use these 5 easy ways to loose your belly fat:

1.Eat breakfast. It might look counterproductive to eat if you're trying to lose weight, but studies has shown that eating breakfast within one hour of waking up keeps  insulin levels steadier and LDL cholesterol (the bad kind) levels lower.

2. Decompress. Research shows that the secretion of cortisol (a hormone body produces during times of stress) is directly correlated with an increase of belly fat. . So combat everyday stress.

3. Aim to take 10,000 steps a day. In a study with a group of men were asked to reduce their number of daily steps from about 10,000 to less than 1,500 (without changing their diet), their belly fat increased by 7% only after just 2 weeks. Get a pedometer and try to dramaticaly increase  number of steps you take every day. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk instead of drivingyour car . Stand up and walk for 30 steps every 30 minutes. If you work in a sedentary job, consider getting a treadmill desk.

4. Switch out refined grains for whole grains. In one study, people who ate only all whole grains (in addition to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 3 servings of low-fat dairy, and 2 servings of lean meat, fish, or poultry) lost much more belly fat than other group that ate the same diet, but with all refined grains.

5. Drink plenty of water. Studies suggest that drinking water throughout the  all day can lead to a more active metabolism, regardless of dieting. Also, drinking more water helps your body flush out waste and toxins plus improves your overall health.
